Tom Joyner (natural 1949) is an African-American talk radio host. His day-after-day program, A Tom Joyner Morning Indicate is syndicated through a United States and heard by over ten million radio listeners.

Joyner was natural within Tuskegee, Alabama and received a degree within sociology from Tuskegee Institute. He worked at the total of radio stations in the American South before moving to Chicago. In the mid-1980s, Joyner was simultanously offered two positions: 1 for the morning indicate at KKDA in Dallas, Texas and one for an afternoon indicate at WGCI in Chicago. Instead of finding between them, Joyner chose to require two jobs, & for years he commuted day-after-day by plane between them cities, earning a nicknames "The Fly Jock" & "The Hardest Working Man in Radio."

Inside 1994, Joyner was signed by ABC Radio Networks to host the nationally-syndicated program, A Tom Joyner Morning Indicate. Joyner has as well founded a Tom Joyner Foundation to provide fiscal assistance to students at historically black colleges.
